10 Tips for your Holiday plan
  • Visit the larger parks every second day. It can be very tiring to do them all at once.
  • ALWAYS wear sun lotion. Even when it does not appear sunny you will still cook.
  • Make sure to pick up a guide map at the entrance to each theme park. They not only serve as maps to the park, but also provide a wealth of information about their restaurants, shops, rides, shows, and parades
  • Drinks in the parks are expensive. Take your own drinks into the parks, any bags you have will get checked as you go in but this is a security thing. Buy bottles with screw on tops as when empty they can be filled up at the many drinking water fountains through out the parks.
  • Go to the most popular rides during the parades.
  • Use the fast passes facilities wherever possible. The system won’t allow you to have more than one pass for a ride at any one time. To cheat the system into giving you another fast pass for your next chosen ride, before you ride the first wait one minute after your first allotted time starts then you can purchase the next one.
  • Go to the rides at the back of the parks first and work to the front.
  • Visit Animal Kingdom early in the morning or late in the day to see the animals at their best.
  • When visiting Magic Kingdom, go early and ride the “mountain” rides first (space/splash/thunder). They are the most popular.
  • If there is a group of you, then buy 2-way radio’s (Wal-Mart has them for about $25) then you don’t have to worry about being split up.
