The home is air-conditioned and comprises of living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en suite facilities, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and separate bathroom with a shower over the bath. A large Porch is situated at the rear of the property, which is very useful to relax on a hot evening.

The living room contains a sleeper settee, which can be used upon prior notice, making a total of 8 people being able to share the home. A TV and hi-fi is also installed. There is also a telephone, which is for your use although you will require a phone card for anything other than local calls.

The Master bedroom is spacious and the en-suite has a separate shower and bath. All bedding and towels are provided. A hair drier is available in each of the bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use, washing powder/liquids for these are not supplied.

15 minutes takes you to: Walt Disney's Magic Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Downtown Disney (Nightlife).
25 minutes takes you to: Sea world, International Drive
30 minutes takes you to: Universal Studios.
35 minutes takes you to: International Airport
1 hr 10 minutes takes you to: Sanford Airport.
1 hr 15 minutes takes you to: Daytona Speedway / Daytona Beach.

If you wish to travel to Kennedy Space centre in the East or the Gulf coast on the West, either one is only 1-1½hrs away.

Many shops and restaurants within 2 to 5 minutes driving distance. A 24hr drug store (chemist) “Walgreen’s” and a large supermarket, “Publix” are very close. Pizza Hut and McDonalds are just at the entrance to Vista del Lago, and there also many restaurants, which provide full meals or buffets, which prove to be very good value.

There are just under 1000 homes in the complex at Vista del Lago that offers many amenities, should you wish to take advantage of them.

These include the use of the million dollar Mediterranean styled clubhouse, with its 2 heated pools and Jacuzzi’s. There is also a library, snooker/pool room and a fitness centre. For those of you who may like a bit of exercise during your stay there are also floodlit tennis courts and shuffleboard.

There is an additional outdoor pool away from the clubhouse in the centre of the community. There are several natural and man-made lakes within the grounds of the community, the largest one being 268 acres that is suitable for jet skiing etc. All these facilities can be used free of charge during your stay at Vista del Lago.

Adjacent to the Vista del Lago complex is Orange Lake Golf Club - a challenging, yet inexpensive 27-hole course.
